At Welch and Phillips we offer a complete design and build service to a wide range of clients in the Domestic, Commercial, Industrial and Retail sectors. Through our team of professional tradesmen and closely managed supply chain we aim to deliver projects to the highest quality, on time, within budget and in line with our client’s needs.
From our Shropshire head office, we cover a range of projects for both Public and Private sector clients. Works include planned and responsive maintenance, extensions, refurbishments, new build developments and barn conversions.
All works undertaken will be covered by a comprehensive insurance policy with risk assessments and method statements provided on all contracted work.
